Delivery and Shipping
Je Suis...Delivery and shipping. Here at Je Suis we work hard to ensure that all orders are processed with the minimum of delay and will dispatch goods between 3 -5 working days, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability. We carry a wide range of stock, however some items may take slightly longer for delivery around 7 - 14 days, only if the item is temporarily out of stock. In this instance we may need to order from the supplier and in this case we would notify you by email when you will be given an estimated delivery time as advised by the supplier. Orders to Ireland and Europe - £5.50 Charges for custom clearance must be paid for by the customer as we have no control over these charges. Likewise on any returned items it will be your responsibility to repay fees due by your customs authority. Lost in Post In the highly unlikely event that your order does not arrive, please contact us via email with your order number, in order for us to assist in resolving the delivery issue. We do keep a proof of delivery receipt and would be able to claim against Royal mail. Payment and Security All prices include VAT at 20% We accept all major credit and debit cards. For your security we process all online transactions through Paypal and Nochex. We will accept postal orders or personal cheques however, goods will not be dispatched until the funds have cleared.
